Disable or remove a member from your Videolink organization in just a few clicks.
If you need to remove someone from your team – for example, when they leave the company or no longer need access – you can do it from your Organization settings.
Follow these steps.
1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Organization
Log in to your Videolink account.
From the dashboard, navigate to:
Settings → Organization
This is where you manage all members of your workspace.
2. Hover Over the User You Want to Disable
In the members list:
- Find the user you want to remove.
- Hover over their name.
You’ll see available actions (such as disable or remove, depending on your role permissions).
3. Disable or Remove the User
Click the appropriate option to:
- Disable the user (recommended if you may need to restore access later), or
- Remove the user completely from the organization.
Once removed or disabled:
- The user will no longer have access to your organization’s videos.
- Organization-wide sharing access will no longer apply to them.
Important Notes
- Only organization admins can remove members.
- Disabling access does not delete existing videos.
- Access can be restored later if the user is reactivated (if disabled instead of removed).
