Track who viewed your videos and monitor engagement across your entire organization.
Videolink provides analytics at two levels:
- Per video
- Organization-wide
This helps you understand engagement, follow up when needed, and measure adoption.
📹 Analytics for a Specific Video
You can see detailed view data for any individual video.
How to access it:
- Open the video.
- In the top right corner, click on Views.
What you’ll see:
- If the viewer was logged in, you’ll see:
- Their name
- The number of times they viewed the video
- If the viewer was anonymous, you’ll see:
- The total number of anonymous views (without names)
This is especially useful for:
- Client updates
- Sales follow-ups
- Internal reviews
- Product walkthroughs
🏢 Organization-Wide Analytics
You can also track overall video usage across your organization.
How to access it:
- Go to the Analytics tab in your dashboard.
What you’ll see:
- Total number of videos created
- Total number of views across all videos
In the top right corner, you can select a specific time period to filter results.
This helps you:
- Measure adoption over time
- Track engagement trends
- Monitor internal usage
- Report on async collaboration performance
