Tag a teammate at a specific moment in your video to notify them instantly.
Mentioning someone in a video helps you draw attention to a specific part of the recording. The person you tag will receive an email notification and can jump straight into the discussion.
Follow these steps.
1. Click on the Moment You Want to Tag
Open your video.
On the timeline, click on the exact moment where you want to leave a comment or tag someone.
This anchors the comment to that specific timestamp.
2. Type “@” in the Comment Box
In the comment field, type @.
A dropdown list will appear showing users from your organization.
3. Choose the Correct User
Select the person you want to mention from the list.
Finish writing your comment if needed, then click Send.
What Happens Next?
- The tagged user receives an email notification.
- The comment is linked to the exact moment in the video.
- They can click the notification and jump directly to that timestamp.
