Update the profile picture shown on your video request page to personalize how it appears to others.
Your video request page includes a profile picture displayed above your name. You can easily change this image to better represent you or your team.
Follow these steps.
1. Go to Your Video Request Page
Log in to your Videolink account.
Navigate to Pages and select the video request page you want to update.
Open the page settings.
2. Hover Over the Circle Above Your Name
At the top of the page, you’ll see a circular image placeholder (or your current profile picture) above your name.
Hover your cursor over the circle.
You’ll see an option to change or upload a new photo.
3. Click and Choose a New Photo
Click on the circle.
Select a photo from your computer.
Once uploaded, the image will automatically update on your request page.

- Use a clear, professional headshot.
- Choose a square image for better alignment.
- Avoid overly dark or low-resolution photos.
Your updated picture will now be visible to anyone who opens your video request page.
