Videolink can automatically analyze your video and generate a structured overview based on your chosen template. Whether you're creating a summary, bug report, SOP, QA review, feature demo, tutorial, email, or quick message, AI helps you turn video content into useful documentation in seconds.
Follow these steps to generate an overview.
1. Go to Your Video
Open your Videolink dashboard.
Select the video you want to summarize.
2. Open the Overview Tab
On the right-hand side column of the video page, click Overview.
This section allows you to generate and display an AI summary.
3. Choose a Template
Click the template dropdown inside the Overview section.
Select the format that best matches your video's purpose:
- Summary
- SOP
- Bug report
- QA review
- Feature demo
- Step-by-step tutorial
- Quick message
The AI will use the selected template to structure the generated content.
4. Click Generate Overview
Click the Generate Overview button.
Videolink will analyze your video and automatically create a concise summary.
Once generated, the overview will appear in the right column.
5. Regenerate with a Different Template
Need a different format?
Simply select another template from the dropdown and click Regenerate.
Videolink will create a new overview based on the newly selected template, allowing you to repurpose the same video for different audiences and use cases.
